While most of our events are aimed at fostering a community that serves as the catalyst for productive collaborations and innovation, it’s refreshing every now and then to host a gathering where members can just come together to enjoy a shared meal and insightful conversation. 

Thursday, July 20, The Clubhouse buzzed with intellectual curiosity and a touch of nostalgia as we commemorated 54 years since humankind's maiden steps on the lunar surface! To celebrate, we hosted an out-of-this-world pop-up, complete with themed activities, sweet treats, and of course, deep [space] conversations. 

Brainpower met brews and banter at the July session of the recurring Tech Square Trivia Night, where community members came together for an evening of competition and connections.

CREATE-X, Georgia Tech’s startup launch program, hosted a private event in The Clubhouse at the end of June to preview the progress of the startups enrolled in the summer session. And fortunately for us at Tech Square ATL (TSQATL), they were able to share an exclusive sneak peek!

June prompted the official onset of summer – and a brand new event series, co-hosted by Tech Square ATL (TSQATL) and the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Feedback Friday, hosted every other week in The Clubhouse, aimed to bring together a diverse group of aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned mentors to perfect pitches and forge new connections.

With Tech Square ATL's (TSQATL) unwavering commitment to innovation and transformation,  we are continuously celebrating success of all facets within our thriving community of entrepreneurs, researchers, leaders, and educators. But on a warm Thursday afternoon in late June, we joined teams with Humans Doing to specifically showcase the power of women in the corporate world. 

At Tech Square ATL (TSQATL), we’re all about putting our best face forward, in everything we do. And what better way to encourage other community members to emulate than to host an event inviting people to receive a new professional headshot? After all, a picture says a thousand words. 

Tech Square’s trivia series strikes again, garnering another evening of fueling curiosity and inspiring a quest for knowledge. Hosted at The Clubhouse in the heart of Atlanta’s tech scene, four teams were ready to square off, putting their skills to the test and forging new connections as well. 

Local startup, 404 DAO, hosted an accelerator kickoff event at The Clubhouse in early June, where attendees could network with other entrepreneurs, mentors, and potential investors and learn more about the groups participating in the 10-week cohort program. 

Clean technology, or CleanTech, is a hot topic as of late, with Atlanta setting its sights on becoming the next hub. And with a growing focus on the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem, we invited local innovators and experts to help spread the word and share their insights.

In a remarkable gathering at The Clubhouse, the stage was set for a captivating Fireside Chat, delving deep into the realm of robotics investment. Attended by illustrious groups such as Tech Square ATL (TSQATL), the Atlanta Robotics Meetup, Cosmos Robotics, and the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), this event brought together the finest minds in the field to discuss the intricacies at hand.

As the end of the school semester starts to wind down, many are gearing up for summer – a time typically synonymous with relaxing, traveling, or disconnecting from the everyday grind. But being the overachievers we are at Tech Square ATL (TSQATL), we thought we’d do the opposite and start goal-setting proactively! So we took to the Tech Square courtyard to host a community cookout centered around connecting with others and sharing current ambitions for the upcoming season. 

With Cinco de Mayo happening on a Friday this year, we thought it was the perfect occasion to host a Brains In A Bar event, where select community members are invited to a secret location to discuss a specific topic with other like-minded individuals over a complimentary cocktail – but only after they correctly solve a puzzle!

We teamed up with local startup 404 DAO and student group Blockchain at Georgia Tech yet again to host an informative event focused on zero knowledge (ZK) cryptography, inviting attendees to discuss this cutting-edge technology and gain insight into its current and future applications.
