Fireside Chat Focuses on Leveraging Networking Features for Founders

To shine light on the world of tech startup accelerators, we joined forces with Startup Exchange (SX) to host a Fireside Chat all about the intricacies, innovations, and insights of such a realm. 

The evening started off with John Hill, Evangelist at Techstars, taking the stage to first share his background and then dive deeper into discussing how to better utilize LinkedIn for founders. The interactive workshop touched on the missed opportunities of not leveraging LinkedIn’s  search function to find relevant connections, best practices for using keywords and search filters, and how to find contacts that may help boost a founder’s success.

Following the discussion, John graciously took the time to give attendees individualized attention by hosting one-on-one sessions with them, answering any questions they had regarding their entrepreneurial journey.

The evening ended with complimentary pizza, continued networking, and even having some brave students demo their ideas on stage.
