ShipIt Series Starts in Shared Space for Students

ShipIt is a collective of makers, builders, and doers across Atlanta coming together in a shared space to make progress on your ideas and network with others. Hosted at The Clubhouse, ShipIt invited all self-described (and aspiring) artists, engineers, creators, writers, designers, and more to share their latest features and feedback.

This week’s event was hosted by Ramses Ful, an entrepreneur focused on building an omni-directional treadmill for both therapeutic (ex: injury rehab) and recreational (ex: VR gaming) use. Additional presenters included Dennis Prophete, who showcased his clothing line, Divine Prophecy, and Ali Debrow, who presented her social photo sharing app, swsh.

Audience members felt encouraged to ask questions to these founders regarding their journey, the decisions they made along the way, and the challenges they faced.

Attendees also engaged in deep work sessions, enjoyed complimentary dinner and drinks, and had the opportunity to share their work with other community members.

Overall, the evening allowed talented entrepreneurs to work on their passion project, share it with others, and garner invaluable feedback from peers and mentors alike!
