Community Member Spotlight: Asha Morton
Meet Asha Morton, founder of Launch Advocacy Brand. When she isn’t helping minority-owned startups, you can find her out and about exploring new places to eat.
As part of our Community Member Spotlight series, we caught up with Asha about a favorite project she has worked on, an interesting fact about her, one thing she’d tell others about Tech Square ATL Social Club, and her favorite place to eat in the neighborhood.
Q: What’s a favorite project of yours and why?
A: One of my favorite projects was working with the Atlanta Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) at Georgia Tech to identify strategies that will boost the visibility of the programs and opportunities they provide to Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs).
Q: What’s something about you that isn’t on your resume?
A: I am really allergic to ground bees.
Q: What do you enjoy doing during your time off?
A: I enjoy trying new food and beverage experiences.
Q: What's one thing you would tell people about Tech Square ATL Social Club?
A: If you need creative inspiration, visit Tech Square ATL Social Club. I feel like all of the visionaries, thought leaders, and creators that pass through here leave some of their ingenious energy behind, for others to tap into when needed. Which is why I get some of the best work done here! :)
Q: What's your favorite restaurant/cafe in the Tech Square neighborhood?
