How Art Has an Everlasting Impact on Communities

Murals have the power of transforming an area, creating a welcoming environment that attracts people with its beauty, and strengthening the sense of community that surrounds it.

The value of public art comes from not only the connections and conversations that start from it, but the impressions left behind as well.

One example of featuring art in a public manner is Art on the Atlanta BeltLine, which was created as a way to encourage people to explore the area back in 2010.

Art on the BeltLine works to make art accessible to all, showcasing established and emerging artists from Atlanta and the world. Both the artworks and the BeltLine itself expands over seven miles and comes in contact with 20 in-town communities.

In the same way, we at Tech Square ATL Social Club would love to display local works of art in our 9,000 square foot space as yet another way to form connections and start conversations in our community.

If you’d like to submit your work and be considered, please reach out to hello@techsquareatl.com.
